Changan Suzuki YFE&YRB project, undertook in June 2014.
   UB and Framing Line.
   2 pilot fixtures, 30 welding fixtures, 66 robots, 54 welding guns, 8 gluing equipments, 15 conveyors, 4 reciprocating levers.
   It's a 2-model-mixed line for UB and Framing with compact and reasonable layout. Robots were applied for group welding, re-welding, gluing and parts pre-loading. Auto reciprocating, gravity sliding and friction transfer were applied in 16 conveyors. The project was planned to have reserved stations and capacity boosting function. Auto error proofing device prevented parts mis-assembly for AT/MT in different models. Its RTY reached 97% and BIW precision 90%.
