Project Name：SAIC-VW Nanjing Plant UB Main Line Project
Project Location：SAIC-VW Nanjing Plant
               As one of the SAIC-VW suppliers, since 2009 DLAT has been involved in UB main line of various new car models. This project includes CUV UB I & UB II GEO, repair welding and STW; SK481 UB I & UB II GEO and repair welding as well. The cycle time will reach 51JPH/60s and 62JPH/49s for CUV UB I & UB II respectively; 60JPH/51s and 62JPH/49s for SK481 UB I & UB II with 85% automation rate. There will be 11 production lines, i.e. 2 UB I GEO lines, 3 repair welding lines, 2 UB II GEO lines, 3 repair welding lines and STW automative sub-assembly line. 163 robots and technologies such as welding, gluing, stud welding and MAG welding will be applied to produce CUV PQ（SK316/3CS_K）.
