Project Name：SAIC-GM E210 BIW Production Line
Project Location：SAIC-GM South Plant
              10 parts will be manufactured or modified, mainly including underbody line, inner and out side body line, roof, inner and out framing line and 2 repair welding line. There will be 233 robots. The line is flexible for 4 car types, with 2 types JPH improved. The major processing technologies will be point welding, projection welding, stud welding, MIG welding, Arplas welding, laser welding, hemming, glue inspection, robot visual system, spreader, AGV, EMS and air transmission line.
