The Dalian Auto Tech GmbH, the German subsidiary of the Dalian Auto-Tech Incorporated Corporation, was officially registered in May 2009 in order to accelerate the development and co-operation of Dalian Auto Tech Incorporated Corporation in the international markets. The Dalian Auto Tech GmbH was firstly located in Wolfsburg where the VW Group has its Headquarter.
    As the business expanded constantly and the demand to provide a better services for customers in Germany increased, the subsidiary moved to Munich in 2011. It takes only 20 minutes to drive to the BMW FIZ Centre from the new Dalian Auto Tech GmbH location which is also owned by the GmbH. Furthermore the new location in south Germany provides more convenience in the logistic field as well.
    The Dalian Auto Tech GmbH is responsible for the purchasing process of parts and equipment bought by the Chinese Headquarter as well as the logistic process behind this. In addition, the GmbH conduct smaller local projects and is involved in marketing related business processes with German customers for oversea project in China and elsewhere in the world.
