Project Name：FAW-VW CCFB Project
Project Location：Changchun FAW-VW plant II welding workshop
               DLAT has undertaken CCFB project UBI floor line modification and capacity promotion (front and rear floor, UBI main welding line); cycle time is 55 JPH. VASS standard, approximately 51 robots and various advanced technologies will be applied, such as welding, stud welding, projection welding, visual guidance system and Waldfast, etc. UBI floor line will be modified to promote the capacity. The original B8L UBI production line will be mixed with CCFB, meanwhile the capacity will be promoted from 40JPH to 55JPH, even reserved for 60JPH so that the line can be flexible for two car models.
