Project Name：CPC Lavida NF UBII Repair Welding Line Project
Project Location： SAIC-VW Plant VIII (Changsha Plant)
               CPC Lavida NF is the 4th project DLAT has undertaken from SAIC-VW Plant VIII. It is UB repair welding line area modification. Cycle time will reach 60JPH/51S with 85% automation rate. Total 68 robots including 1 new robot, 1 set of punching equipment, technologies such as punching and welding will be applied. After finished, it will be flexible for four car models i.e. Lavida FL, Touran, A+SUV and Lavida NF mix line production.
