Project Name： BBAC MFAII welding workshop floor line project
Project Location：Beijing Benz Automative Co., Ltd Plant
              BBAC Plant MFA II BIW production line project includes 4 newly built automation line areas, i.e. front floor, middle floor, rear floor and UB line. There are 257 robots and automation rate reaches 100%. Production capacity is 30JPH. This project applies point welding, gluing, projection welding, MIG welding, stud welding, online measuring, UB spot welding fixtures and 3+1 flexible switching units. It reserves NC-locator places for the 4th car model. Moreover turntable buffer, turnover fixtures, turntable fixtures, air buffer transfer, AGV and Pallet positioning are used in the project.
