Dalian Auto, the first domestic head contractor signed by BMW Brilliance Automotive to build framing welding line, has undertaken G08 project (BMW X3 localization model). The project requires 21 automation stations (incl. 3 framer Geo stations), 82 robots and various technologies, such as resistance spot welding, gluing, stud welding and T-joint stud welding. It also applies high automation rate, advanced manufacturing process, i.e., machining operations, simulation, design, planning, electric code, project implementation and management.
